Registration for the BEAD Challenge Process is Now Open!

We're excited to announce that registration for the Guam BEAD Challenge Process is officially open. This is your opportunity to participate in shaping the future of broadband access across Guam and ensuring that every community receives reliable, high-speed internet.

Who Can Register?

The following groups are encouraged to participate in the Challenge Process:

  • Non-Profit Organizations: Ensure your community or institution is properly represented on the broadband map.
  • Public Sector Entities: This includes village mayor's offices and other government institutions that need to verify or challenge service availability.
  • Broadband Service Providers: Verify your service claims or respond to challenges regarding your coverage and speeds.

Why Participate?

The BEAD Challenge Process is your chance to review Guam’s broadband map and ensure it accurately reflects current internet service availability. If discrepancies exist—whether it's a lack of service, slower-than-reported speeds, or other issues—this process gives you the platform to raise those concerns. By participating, you can help bring high-speed internet to underserved or unserved areas of our island.
