Broadband, Equity, and Access Deployment (BEAD) Program

The Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program, provides $42.45 billion to expand high-speed internet access by funding planning, infrastructure deployment and adoption programs in all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

For us in Guam, it's a straightforward commitment: connectivity for all.
OIPD’s roadmap touches on every facet needed to make this happen, from supporting underserved communities and building a stronger infrastructure to aligning with the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program standards. Together, let's make certain that Guam's digital future is both inclusive and forward-looking.
