NOTICE OF FUNDING OPPORTUNITY – BEAD Deployment Subgrants Now Open

 

The Office of Infrastructure Policy and Development (OIPD), under the Office of the Governor of Guam, is pleased to announce the release of NOFO-OIPD-001-2025: Guam’s official Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for broadband deployment subgrants under the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program.

 

This NOFO invites eligible entities to apply for federal subgrants to support last-mile broadband infrastructure deployment in unserved and underserved areas of Guam, including designated Community Anchor Institution (CAI) clusters. All awards will be issued as federal subgrants in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, the BEAD NOFO, Guam’s NTIA-approved Initial Proposals, and the BEAD Restructuring Policy Notice.
